Ariana Grande.

 Ariana Grande is on the hit show Victorious, who plays the extremely hilarious Cat Valentine.

But she is much more than that, she is an absolutely amazing singer, who can sing notes you expect Mariah Carey to hit. 

She has several covers out on YouTube, but our favorite would have to be Die In Your Arms, by the one and only Justin Bieber. Justin Bieber was such a fan of the cover that he tweeted her, best part was Ariana Grande fangirling over twitter and instagram. (So Cute).

I (Psstt...it's me Kennia) have seen Ariana Grande perform live at her first Los Angeles concert ever, the Roxy in West Hollywood. Zoe will experience her first Ariana Grande VERY SOON. And she couldn't be more excited. Here are a few pictures of Ariana at the Roxy:

She is an incredible singer and dancer, an overall great artist. If you think her voice is incredible on film, wait until you hear her LIVE. It's something that can't even be explained. I was speechless. She has a passion for performing and for music, you can see it when she sings. And I mean she did do Broadway when she was only 15 years old.

Here she is performing Put Your Hearts Up at the Roxy. If y'all were wondering I did film this video and this is my youtube channel, illyandkennia (I wish I could change the username, but youtube won't let me. MERP). Kenzo diaries will have their own YOUTUBE channel soon (YIPPIE). Her single is available on itunes and she also has a music video out for this single. Her style is very old school, which is different from what is out in the top 40. I absolutely enjoy it. Our favorite song at the moment is Pink Champagne, it hasn't been released on itunes. BUT you can hear the song on youtube.

We've had the privilege to meet Ariana Grande several times. She is an absolute sweetheart and very lovely. She's always been nothing but sweet every time we've met her. She loves meeting her fans and will always be up for a photo op. This is what we love most about her. Her lovely personality. Lastly, we both ADORE her STYLE so MUCH.

In-Studio with Owl City.

 On September 25, 2012, I got to go in-studio with the one and only Owl City at 102.7 KIIS FM.

If you are unfamiliar with Owl City, his most famous songs are Fireflies and Good Time, featuring Carly Rae Jepsen (which I have to admit I am quite addicted to).

At the studio we got to know Owl City a little better with a few Q&A's and after he performed 3 songs: Fireflies, Shooting Star, and Good Time. 

This was my first time hearing Owl City live.

A little bit about Owl City. He is just one member, not a whole band. But he said he couldn't do what he does without his friends who help him on stage. His name is Adam and he is from Missouri. He loved music and would play in his family's basement. He said he didn't have many friends when he was younger and so music was a big distraction. When myspace was big (who remembers MYSPACE? Raise yo hand) he decided to upload a few songs not thinking anything was going to happen. Little did he know, he became a big hit.

What I didn't expect from Adam was that he was extremely funny and adorkable (favorite word ever). He likes to tell jokes and he is a very down to earth guy. He isn't a big fan of being touched, which I found interesting. So don't get offended if he doesn't hug you. He's really sweet and grateful for everything that has happened. Not to mention he is amazing LIVE. I love his voice, it's quite soothing.

Fun Fact: He said when he recorded Good Time, he had never met Carly Rae face to face. The first time he met her was when the music video was filmed.

Craziest Fan Experience: A girl grabbed him and kissed him in the mouth without him knowing, tongue and all. GROSS.

THIS IS THE "KENZO DIARIES."

Hi, our names our Zoe (left) and Kennia (right).

We wanted to created a blog, where we can tell you guys all about our adventures, from concerts, to road trips, to meeting celebrities. People look at our pictures on instagram and are always so interested, but don't know the backstory. 

Not only will we be talking about our several adventures, we'll be talking about fashion. We both love fashion and would love to share some of our dos and donts. We'll also be showing you our outfits of the day.

A little bit about us, well what can i say: WE'RE BOTH AWKWARD, no but really. We like to think we're funny. We always talk about making youtube videos because some of the things we say or do need to be recorded and shared with the world. Hopefully we can start doing that for y'all too. We love food, meeting new people, we like to sing in my car very loudly I may add. You'll catch us singing to people on the street or on the freeway. We love to do arts and crafts, and you'll see some of them here. We listen to all types of music and we always tend to listen to artists that aren't as famous, but somehow always end up huge. Like our favorite ginger, ED SHEERAN.

Hands in the air, if you love his hair. 

You'll find us at concerts, events, premieres, hanging out, eating food, yes i did just say eating food. Who doesn't love food? We just try to live in the moment and have fun. We've done and met so many people and are very grateful for it. Like us, Love us, Hate us; we will always be us and nobody will ever stop us. Don't judge how this blog is going to be by the sake of this one entry. This is us just getting started or we would never start. I wish I was joking. 

Oh and if you were wondering yes, we are best friends and we love twinning. This is the start of the Kenzo Diaries and I hope you all enjoy them.
