The Jonas Brothers
Who isn't or wasn't obsessed with the Jonas Brothers?!
Three attractive brothers from Jersey, who took our hearts way before One Direction.
Back in our pre-teen years where we had countless posters on our walls of their faces and owned about every piece of merchandise with their face on it, even if we didn't need it. We can easily say the Jonas Brothers were some of our favorite concert moments.
They haven't been on tour in about 3 1/2 years or come out with an album. But guess what?! The JONAS BROTHERS ARE BACK. And decided to play THREE Los Angeles shows in a row at the Pantages Theatre, all which were SOLD OUT. We literally were debating for the longest time if we should go because there were so many other concerts we wanted to attend and it would just be way too much money.
But the day of the second sold out Los Angeles show, we decided to go! We got our tickets last minute for 20 dollars and they were orchestra seats! Honestly guys, these were really AMAZING seats for this price. The original price was about $66+.
No one opened up for the Jonas Brothers, but they did play about a 2 1/2 hour set, which was really nice. They played songs from about every album, even Camp Rock, and brand new songs from their highly anticipated album that we're dying to hear. The show felt like a reunion, so many emotions all at once. So much happiness, singing, dancing, and by far one of our favorite nights ever.
If you're a huge Jonas Brothers fan, you know they always have to do a bit of a dramatic entrance. This one has been my favorite because it was simple and it was basically saying "we're here, after 3 years. This is the new us."
The Jonas Brothers have grown so much. This has been one of my favorite concerts because the stage wasn't extravagant, it was just them and their music.
No rain, no foam guns, or extravagant stage that if you sat on one side you couldn't see what was happening on the other. Does anyone remember that stage?! We hated it.
What we did miss was Kevin's S.O.S dance. Kevin, why didn't you do it?! It's tradition. And We definitely missed Big Rob rapping.
What we did like and thought was really sweet was when they introduced their band and back up singers, the Jonas Brothers got off stage and let them sing one of their songs without them. It was literally the most precious thing we have ever seen.
Overall, the concert was absolutely amazing and it reminded us why we fell in love with them in the first place. They're still the same Jonas Brothers, who put on an absolutely amazing show every time. No doubt about it. After the show, we could not sleep. Just everything about the concert was incredible, their stage presence, their voices, the songs, the fact that they covered Bruno Mars. I wish all of you could have been there. So when is tour?! When does the album come out?! We're ready for the Jonas Brothers to take over magazines, merchandise, and of course every girl's heart.
Here are a few more pictures:
Here is a video we recorded of them singing one of their brand new songs: "Let's Go" (our new favorite!)
Enjoy! xoxo
